About Us
Mimi Darmstadter, sole proprietor of My Life's Work - Coaching & Consulting, brings to her work 20 years of experience as a seasoned leader in the learning and performance; and talent management field. Her coaching and consulting work today is a reflection of her past experience and current interests.

Mimi's professional career spans both corporate and non-profit environments where she has designed and delivered a broad range of training and professional development programs for diverse groups of employees, including the most senior executives. She has also led initiatives to shape company culture and build employee engagement.

Mimi's coaching clients include leaders of organizations from a wide range of industries and organizational settings. She also works with people who are contemplating or making life transitions. While Mimi does not work exclusively with women, many of her clients are women who are looking to re-define their life's "work."

In Fall 2009, My Life's Work in partnership with MPL Partners launched Working MAMA (http://www.workingmamagroup.com), a new group coaching program designed to provide women professionals who are also moms with new frameworks for achieving success and satisfaction at home and work.

Mimi is a graduate of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching Certificate Program. Her Masters Degree in Social Service Administration is from the University of Chicago. She earned a double Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Creative Writing from the University Michigan where she was the recipient of a Hopwood Award for Underclassman Fiction Writing.

Mimi's extracurricular interests include teaching fitness classes, watching independent films, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
